HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 23, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner requested the status conference to determine whether
respondent planned to file pre-hearing testimony or present witnesses at hearing.
Respondent’s attorney stated that she has no plans to do either, but promised to contact
petitioner if that changed. Respondent expects to file the recommendation by the end of
the day.
No further status conferences are planned before the hearing date, although the
parties may contact the hearing officer if anything arises.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
