HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 20, 2009, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, respondent
was reviewing the most recent draft of the settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:30 p.m. on May 18, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
