HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 21, 2009, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney was unable to appear. The parties meet once
more to determine the possibility of settlement. If settlement is unlikely, petitioner will
request a discovery schedule. At the next status conference, petitioner should be
prepared to file an additional deadline waiver or set the matter for hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 10, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The current decision deadline is September 17, 2009.
