HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 17, 2009, complainant contacted the hearing officer to request an
extension of time to complete respondent’s deposition in order to accommodate
respondent’s farming schedule. The request is granted, and the deadline for depositions
is extended to May 15, 2009.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on May 18, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
