HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 15, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The complainant represented that it has not yet received its
appointment from the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, but that discussions with the
respondents have been initiated. The respondents represented that they have begun to
clean the site and the clean-up will hopefully be completed by the next telephonic status
conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on June 4, 2009, at 8:45 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference the parties must be prepared
to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
