    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On April 15, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The environmental consultant expects to begin the clean-up within the next 30
    days. Work at the site should be complete within 60 to 90 days.
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:45 a.m. on June 10, 2009. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
