HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 9, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. On April 6, 2009, complainant moved to amend the complaint to add an
additional count. Respondent’s attorney does not intend to file a response to the motion.
Accordingly, the motion to amend the complaint is granted. The parties agree that
respondent’s deadline for answering the complaint is June 8, 2009. The parties are
discussing settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 9, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
