HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 14, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it is trying to locate certain invoices to
assist the respondent in its review. The parties represented that they intend to continue
further discussions prior to the next status conference. The petitioner represented that it
will file an additional waiver of the statutory decision deadline to and including
September 3, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on May 27, 2009, at 2:30 p.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
