HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 14, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are waiting for the Board’s ruling on petitioner’s motion
for summary judgment. Petitioner agreed to file a deadline waiver to September 17, 2009
within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on May 18, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently July 23, 2009.
