HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 13, 2009, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. When the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency approves the proposed
stipulation and settlement agreement, the document will be circulated for signatures. If the
proposed agreement is filed with the Board before the next status conference, that meeting shall
be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 1:30 p.m. on July 13, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
