HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 14, 2009, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Within the next month, the parties plan to present bids for asbestos
survey and demolition to the dry cleaners trust fund, along with a request for the fund to
finance the remediation. The parties hope to have an answer from the fund before the
next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 2, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
