HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 9, 2009, a telephonic status conference was held. The complainant was
unable to appear due to a scheduling conflict. The respondent represented that it will file
a response to complainant’s motion for summary judgment, filed March 31, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on May 21, 2009, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared
to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
