HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 14, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent’s technical unit hopes to complete the proposed permit
language within the next 30 days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 2, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
