HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 7, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The proposed stipulation and settlement agreement is being circulated
for signatures. If the settlement agreement is filed with the Board before the next
scheduled status conference, the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 13, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
