HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 6, 2009, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference. Respondent
did not appear. Petitioner reported that respondent expects to circulate a draft permit within
about 90 days to correspond with the resolution of the related enforcement matter in People v.
Saint-Gobain Containers, Inc., PCB 03-22.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 13, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
