HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 6, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties report that USEPA will soon circulate a revised draft consent
decree for the joint federal and state enforcement actions. Once the consent decree is
finalized, it will still need the approval of several states before it is entered in federal
court.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 13, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
