ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
On March 23, 2009, Intermart, Inc. filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss this underground
storage tank appeal. In the motion, Intermart, Inc. represents that no disputed issues remain
between it and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. Motion at 1. The Board grants the
motion, dismisses the appeal, and closes the docket.
