HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 2, 2009, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that due to a
scheduling conflict, it would not be available for the previously scheduled telephonic
status conference set for April 9, 2009. To that end, and by agreement, the telephonic
status conference has been rescheduled to the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on April 14, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. The hearing officer notes that if a waiver
of the statutory decision deadline is not filed by April 15, 2009, a hearing will be
scheduled in the above-captioned matter.
