    PETITIONER'S MOTION TO DISMISS THE APPEAL
    Pursuant to Board Rule 105.1 08(e), 35 ILL. ADM. CODE

    105.1 08(e), and to the
    agreement of counsel, petitioner Wauconda Community Unit School District #118
    ("Wauconda") by its attorneys in this regard, The Sharp Law Firm, P.C., moves for
    dismissal
    of the above-captioned appeal.
    In
    support, Wauconda states that a miscellaneous plan was approved on
    February 4,
    2009 allowing additional investigation, which will require a new Corrective
    Action
    Completion Report to be filed. Wauconda requests that this matter be
    dismissed without prejudice.
