HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 31, 2009, the parties participated separately in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. The parties continue to work on the proposal for
USEPA.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 20, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
