AMENDED HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 19, 2009, Hearing Officer Carol Webb issued an order advising the
parties that the above-captioned matter had been assigned to her. Please be advised that
this matter has been reassigned to the hearing officer noted below. From this date
forward, any document filed with the Clerk of the Board must also be served individually
on the hearing officer.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 15, 2009, at 8:45 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference the parties must be prepared
to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
