HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 30, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents are now represented by counsel. Complainant intends
to file a motion for summary judgment within the next 60 days. Complainant further
agreed to send previous discovery requests to respondents’ new attorney.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 29, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
