HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 26, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they anticipate a stipulation and proposal for
settlement (stipulation) is being circulated for signatures in the near future. The parties remain
optimistic. To that end, respondents’ answer is now due on or before May 29, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on May 14, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic conference
must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the
next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
