THE AGENCY'S MOTION FOR EXPEDITED REVIEW
NOW COMES Participants, ANR PIPELINE COMPANY, NATURAL GAS PIPELINE
COMPANY,
TRUNKLINE GAS COMPANY, and PANHANDLE EASTERN COMPANY
(col1ectively "the Pipeline Consortium"), by and through their attorneys, SCHIFF HARDIN
LLP, and, pursuant to 35 Ill.Adm.Code ยง 101.500(d), response to the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency's
("Agency") Motion to Expedite Review, filed with the Board March 19,
2009.
The
Pipeline Consortium has been an active participant in this rulemaking, both before
the Board and in the Agency's outreach efforts, and is part
of the community regulated by the
proposed rule.
The
Pipeline Consortium supports the Agency's Motion to Expedite Review and urges
the Board to adopt the proposal
as it has been amended over the course of the rulemaking as soon
as possible.
