HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 24, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner filed a new permit application, and the parties continue to make
progress in their discussions. Petitioner will continue to provide additional information as
requested by respondent, and further agreed to file an additional deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on June 23, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is August 13, 2009.
