HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference in the above-captioned matter was held on March
19, 2009. The petitioner made an oral motion for an extension of time to file the
respective exhibit list and the witness list. By agreement, the revised schedule is as
follows.
The parties are directed to file their respective witness and exhibit lists on or
before April 1, 2009. Prehearing motions are due to be filed on or before April 6, 2009.
Any responses are due to be filed on or before April 10, 2009. The mailbox rule will not
apply and all electronic or approved telefax filings must be received by the Clerkâs Office
no later than 4:30 p.m. of the due date. No extensions will be entertained.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on April 20, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. The petitioner represented that the conference call-in
number will be the same as on March 19, 2009. At the conference the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
