HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for March 19, 2009, at 10:30 a.m.
Apparently due to a technical problem with the telephone call-in number, the complainant was
unable to appear. It was agreed that the telephonic status conference be continued to the time and
date noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on April 9, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. The complainant represented that it will notify the parties and the hearing
officer of a call-in number prior to the next telephonic status conference. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
