HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 19, 2009, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondent did
not appear. The complainant represented that the related federal matter has been
automatically stayed due to the respondent Tronox LLC. filing a petition in the
bankruptcy court.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on July 16, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. The status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be

prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
