HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 17, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties will discuss the possibility of settlement. Petitioner
agreed to file a deadline waiver within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on April 16, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently June 18, 2009.
