HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 12, 2009, a telephonic status conference was held. The complainant
represented that a settlement may be in the offing and that a stipulation and proposal for
settlement (stipulation) is being drafted.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on May 14, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared
to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If,
however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next telephonic status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further notice.
