HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 12, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent represented that it is in the process of forwarding
requested discovery for complainant’s review. The parties are reminded that discovery
cut-off is April 17, 2009. The parties’ respective exhibit and witness lists are due to be
filed on or before May 5, 2009. All pre-hearing motions to be filed on or before May 12,
2009. Any responses are due to be filed on or before May 19, 2009.
A hearing in this matter is scheduled for June 23 and 24, 2009. The time and
location will be noted in the notice of hearing.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 30, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared
to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
