HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 17, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have exchanged proposed agreements, and expect to
know by the next status conference whether settlement of this case will be possible.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 14, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
