    27,
    2009,
    a prehearing
    conference
    was held to
    aide in the
    orderly
    progression
    of the
    next groups
    of
    hearings.
    At
    that
    prehearing
    conference,
    a motion filed
    by
    Corn
    Products
    International
    on February
    13,
    2009, to withdraw
    testimony
    was
    granted.
    Also
    discussed
    was: 1) the
    schedule
    for future hearings,
    2)
    the timing
    of who will
    testify, and
    3)
    when the
    testimony
    will
    be heard.
    Due to
    Corn
    Products
    withdrawal
    of
    testimony
    and

    indications
    by
    Citgo
    that additional relevant
    information
    was
    available,
    new
    prefihing
    deadlines
    were
    determined.
    Today
    additional hearing
    dates are set to
    allow
    the Board
    to hear prefiled
    testimony.
    The
    schedule
    that has been developed
    will
    be followed
    as
    closely
    as possible.
    Where a
    witness
    is only
    available
    for
    one
    day we
    will make
    every
    attempt
    to accommodate
    the
    witness
    and
    hear
    and
    complete their
    testimony on that
    day. However,
    if
    additional
    time is
    needed,
    after consultation
    with the
    parties, a witness
    may be asked
    to return
    at
    a later date.
