HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 16, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is now out of business, and the parties will meet to
discuss the implications of this development. The parties continue to work on a global
settlement agreement with other pending actions against respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 1, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
