HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 16, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant is revising the proposed settlement agreement in response to
comments from respondent and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. The revised
agreement will then be sent out for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 18, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
