HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 9, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative agreement, and complainant will
begin drafting proposed settlement language for respondents’ review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 8, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
