HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 9, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement. Petitioner will
move to voluntarily dismiss this appeal upon receipt of respondent’s confirmation letter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 14, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline is August 20, 2009.
