    On February 26, 2009, all parties participated
    in a telephonic status conference with
    the
    hearing officer. The Petitioners represented that
    they will timely file their response to
    respondent’s Demand for Bill
    of
    Particulars,
    filed February 17, 2009. The petitioners also
    represented
    that they recently forwarded discovery pleadings to the respondent.
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed
    to appear at a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on March 12, 2009,
    at 1:00 p.m. The telephonic conference
    must be
    initiated
    by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
    appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status
    of the above-
    captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
