HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 26, 2009, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent was
unable to appear where it appears that the respondent has not yet been re-issued its
Special Assistant Attorney Appointment. The petitioner represented that a meeting with
the respondent is anticipated in March 2009. The petitioner also represented that it will
file an additional 70-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on April 30, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
