    As stated in the Jan 6th
    , 2009 motion, the Complainants are hoping for a resolution or
    relief before the summer months of 2009 when the Complainants are most affected by the noise
    referenced in the initial complaint and are more likely to be outside
    . The Respondents have still
    not provided an updated schedule, nor have they p
    rovided a color copy of the May 23, 2008
    report or the Noise Study referenced in the March 2, 2005, VOLZ Plan Commission mtg, despite
    multiple requests. (The May zs=, 2008 Noise Study refers to differing noise levels with red and
    blue lines, not discemable in the black and white copy sent to the Complainants.)
    The Complainants have been working with Noise Solutions
    by Greg Zak
    , Inc. and
    expect to have an initial repo
    rt from Mr. Zak on Ma
    rch 7
    th, 2009. Because the Complainants are
    eager to resolve this matter quickly, once the report has been made ava
    ilable to the
    Respondents and Respondent's Noise Consu
