HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 23, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties agree that respondent’s deadline for answering the
complaint is stayed pending settlement discussions.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 26, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
