HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 20, 2009, the complainant informed the hearing officer that the
parties appear to be achieving a resolve in the above-captioned matter, with the
complainant drafting a stipulation and proposal for settlement. To that end, the discovery
schedule will be revisited at the next telephonic status conference, if needed.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 30, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
