HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 19, 2009, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. The respondent made an oral motion for an extension of time to file
the record in the above-captioned matter. The petitioner had no objection. By agreement,
the record is now due to be filed on or before April 24, 2009. The petitioner represented
that it will file an additional 70-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on April 30, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
