HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 19, 2009, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondent
did not appear. The petitioner represented that it has received a revised construction
permit from the Illinois Environmental protection Agency and is still in the process of
reviewing it. The petitioner represented that it will file an additional waiver of the
statutory decision deadline to and including July 23, 2009.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on March 19, 2009, at 11:15 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must
be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
