    US LLC
    now owns the assets
    of the Ottawa,
    Illinois
    plant whose CAAPP
    permit is the
    subject
    of the
    appeal in the above-captioned
    matter.
    Counsel for
    Petitioner has not
    changed as
    a result of the sale. The
    undersigned affirms
    that
    the
    above statements
    are
    true.
    Accordingly,
    the Illinois
    Pollution Control
    Board is hereby
