HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 18, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector reports that the site is clean.
Complainant’s attorney will send respondents a stipulation, but will not be able to file it
with the Board until she receives her SAAG appointment for this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 15, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
