The parties are hereby notified that the above-captioned matter has been assigned
to the hearing officer identified below. From this date forward, any document filed with
the Clerk of the Board must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on February 26, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is
nevertheless responsible for its own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss a briefing schedule as directed by the Board in its order of February 5,
2009.
