HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 18, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector reports that the site work is complete. Complainant’s
attorney will decide whether to dismiss this matter or prepare a stipulation and settlement
agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 8:00 a.m. on March 18, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
