HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 18, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. If settlement does not appear likely at the next status
conference, the parties may propose a discovery schedule leading to a hearing in October
or November, 2009.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 17, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
