HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 17, 2009, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. As last reported, water quality tests for the new hook-up had
been delayed due to winter weather. Respondent’s attorney shall get updated information
before the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 9, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
